its over
we didn make it
we had been dreamin n hopin' for smth that seemed so impossible
juz the 4 of us t pull our team al the way t top 4
n cuz of it we trained doubly hard.
we were the most frequent n consistent comers for trngs
pushed ourselves t the very limits
but, it stil wasnt enough

i admit it, i cant accept the defeat
not when it was so close
we fought so hard for each other n ms lim
even on shore, i could feel em pushin' hard
givin' everythin' they've got
but, it stil wasnt enough

it was, heart wrenchin' t watch other teams carry the trophy away
n despite wad the guys say
deep down we know that, its juz aint the same
if only i didn screw up, it would hav been one more pt
we only needed 2 more pts t get top 4
we wanted t leave behind a legacy
but, it wasnt enough
